Warranty and Returns Policy
We offer a 30 Days refund on most of our products. Should you wish to make a refund or exchange, bring or post the product/s with your proof of purchase and if necessary, a note or relevant information to assist our customer support in best serving you. To ensure the process is as easy as possible, please provide the following:
- Present your proof of purchase (Receipt, Bank Statement or Photo of your receipt or). If you cannot find this information, please contact us.
- The product/s should be in original condition and packaging (including manuals and accessories).
Please Note: Any expenses relating to the return of your product will normally have to be paid by the customer.
IF YOUR RETURN REQUIRES AN ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO REFUND OR WARRANTY
Electronic items may require testing prior to a refund, exchange or replacement is offered.
Please Note: Check that you have made a copy of any data saved on your electronic products such as GPS, Fish finders or Chart plotters. The repair of your items may result in the loss of user data. Products may be replaced by refurbished goods rather than being repaired.
REFUND EXCLUSIONS
We may not offer you a refund, replacement or repair if you:
- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
- misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
- asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
PRODUCTS THAT ARE EXCLUDED FROM OUR RETURNS POLICY
Unless they are faulty products include:
- Flares
- Opened tins of Paint
- Registered EPIRBs / PLBs
- Cut lengths (Wire, Rope, Carpet, Hose, Etc.)

Refund Process
We will assess your product and process a refund via your original payment method. We aim to do this within 72 business hours of receiving the returned product.
You'll receive an email from us notifying you once your return has been processed.
We will refund the price you paid for the product, but please note that we will not refund any shipping costs originally charged and we deduct any promotional savings (e.g. if you purchased 2 products as part of a "buy 2 products, get 10% off", and return one of them, we will refund the difference as though you just purchased the 1 product).
